Faith transfers punishment and disease

Average Christians when asked: “Jesus died for what?" perhaps they will answer: to redeem human sin, but perhaps that only a small part with: to undergo the punishment due to my sins, and very little is added: to bear my illness, my sickness. If this happens, indeed there are many Christians who do not understand the full richness of God’s grace through the merits of Jesus Christ’s sacrifice.

Why Jesus did not kill the adulterous woman?

John 8:2-11
2 And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them.
3 And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,
4 They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act.
5 Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou?
6 This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not.
7 So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her.
8 And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.
9 And they which heard it, being convicted by their own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst.
10 When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee?
11 She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

This story is very famous, but that was quite interesting is: why Jesus did not kill the woman was a sinner? why Jesus was “not appreciate” the law about adultery sin?

Leviticus 20:10-11
10 And the man that committeth adultery with another man’s wife, even he that committeth adultery with his neighbour’s wife, the adulterer and the adulteress shall surely be put to death.
11 And the man that lieth with his father’s wife hath uncovered his father’s nakedness: both of them shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.

Why did Jesus look like harassment law?

The answer is simple: because of Jesus who will bear the adulterous woman to death on the cross. Therefore, Jesus was not breaking the law about the punishment of adultery, but Jesus fulfilled the punishment by His death.

Isaiah 53:8-12
8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.

It was obvious that the death of Jesus is to take out OFF PUNISHMENT his people, including women adulterers above.

Transferring our sickness to the body of Jesus Christ

The intelligent Christians people will understand, that when Jesus suffered pain because of being tortured and beaten, then He is undergoing illness and sickness christians.

Isaiah 53:4-5
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Obviously, that Jesus had to bear Christian people sickness in his body with the suffering of the cross.

Thousands of cases have proved, that when the sinners hear the gospel, doing the Word of God, believing in the redemptive power of Jesus Christ, believing that Jesus had healed him by His stripes, they are entitled to recover through Jesus’s stripes, which is sealed with a supernaturally heal sickness.

Come, enjoy this heavenly facility, and believe me.

Apostles of Jesus Christ who died as martyrs

Most of the early church apostles of Jesus were died as martyrs, except Judas Iscariot and the apostle John.

There was an apostle who killed with the sword, there was an apostle who be pulled by horse to death, there was an apostle who dropped from the top of the synagoge (God's temple) so that he dead, an apostle flogged to death, there was an apostle stabbed by a spear to death, there was an apostle crucified upside down (Apostle Peter).

But there have also been tortured, but did not die even though he was already fried. He is the apostle John. Then he dumped on the island of Patmos in order to die miserable, but God had other plans, because in this island John received the revelation of Jesus Christ famous.Further, the story of the death of the apostles of Jesus Christ can be read at the end of this article.

What is interesting from the Martyr's death, is that they have facing all the punishment by brave! Apparently the pain of being persecuted not make them feel scared.

If you read the story furthermore, then you will find that the martyrs was kept open his mouth to preach the gospel until death.

Philippians 1:29

For unto you hath given not only to believe in Christ, but also to suffer for Him,

I am so sure that they are not just pretending to brave yet scared to death to face death, but they were really brave.

2 Timothy 1:6,7

That's why I warn you to rekindle the gift of God that is in you by laying my hand upon thee. For God gave us not a spirit of fear, but a spirit of power, love and order.

Apparently the key is the presence of the Holy Spirit who gave the gift also to suffer for Christ. Every Christian can test him/herself, if we are suddenly visited by someone who forced you or I left Christianity or killed, whether our decisions? An honest answer will show our spiritual state: Spirit Kuduskah who meet us (not afraid to die for the faith in Jesus) or the spirit of cowardice? Because the Holy Spirit is the spirit that enables a person to obey the word of God.

God Bless you.

Peter was crucified head downward. According to some sources, a wooden cross for Peter installed a different, namely the letter X (I think personally, the cross which Peter used to have the same Lord Jesus, it's just a different pattern of crucifixion. Peter crucified upside down). The model actually carried out the crucifixion of Peter's own petition. This is done because Peter felt unworthy to die like God and crucified Jesus.

At times he - although he had been tortured, he never denied the Lord Jesus, he even tried to preach and hold, not only to other prisoners, even to those that punish and torture him with cruelty. So that eventually became the Roman guards and torturers to him, could contribute to repent. Roman guards were with James when he was sentenced piece, rather than just to take part watch, but also to participate convicted and beheaded along with James.

By the time he would undergo the death penalty, he knelt beside James together, praying, it is the last prayer before he died was beheaded with James as a Christian.

Bartholomew, better known as Nathanael, he became a missionary in Asia, among others, he gave testimony in Turkey. He died in Armenia after he received the punishment in such a cruel blow to whip so all the skin becomes broken apart .

Andrew was also crucified like Peter with the way the X in Greece. Before he died, he was tortured with a whip by the law of seven soldiers and tied to a cross. That way they could prolong the pain and the torment. A follower that also watch the penalty Andreas Andreas was telling words uttered by Andrew before he died: "It is the desire and my dream can come true where I can sympathize 'happy hours' to be tortured and crucified like Jesus." Even at Nor when he was tortured he preached unceasingly continue, he continued to preach two days before the end. Preaching while whipping. "

The apostle Paul was tortured with a very cruel and Kaiser eventually beheaded by Nero in Rome in 67. The Apostle Paul was the apostle's most experienced long periods in prison torture. Most of the letters of the Apostle Paul made and sent from the prison.

14. Besides the story of the Apostles, written by the historian Eusebius, he was also told about a preacher whose eyes were burned to the blind with the understanding that if he was blind, he will not be able to read the Bible again by which he would not be able to preach the gospel again. But the fact is he still depicted the gospel according to the verses that have been previously studied and remembered.
